I try to describe all my items as accurately as I can, defects and all. I include the most representative pictures. I'm not an expert on everything that I list, and you may have concerns that I haven't thought of.  So if you have questions or need additional pictures, please ask. I answer promptly. After the sale, I will listen to any complaints you might have, and we will work to resolve any problems. But, unless I have seriously screwed up, there will be no refunds. All items are purchased AS DESCRIBED.      As for shipping, I use USPS unless otherwise stated or requested. Normally, I weigh the item, round off, and add a dollar for packaging, or I offer flat rate shipping, if applicable. In some cases I have lost money on shipping, and other times I have refunded some of the shipping charges. Domestically, in no case will you pay more than what was specified on my listing.  For international shipping, I charge the actual shipping price plus two dollars, regardless of what the shipping calculator says. I am new to international shipping, and it makes me a little nervous.  Also, I have become an excellent packer and take pride in my packaging prowess, and insurance is seldom neccessary, but it is an option.     I use Paypal shipping service and Paypal always sends shipping notices to the sender and the buyer's Paypal email address. If you don't receive a shipping notice within 24 hrs. of paypal payment, check your spam file or your blocked items folder. Lastly, I always leave feedback when the transaction is complete. That is, when you, the buyer, receive your item and are satisfied. You are the first one to know this, and the feedback system is a convenient way to let me know that our transaction is complete.Thanks for looking.
