The compressor is a 15 HP, 2-stage, 3-Cylinder, 57 CFM displacement, 49 CFM free air @ 175 PSI, and 52 CFM @ 100 PSI-we will prove it with an air flow meter if you want the unit demonstrated, solid cast iron compressor (unit weighs 1400 lbs. without shipping crate). (Pump weighs 450 lbs. - 200 lbs. larger than the competition). Pump-up time on a 120-gallon tank from 0-150 PSI is 3 minutes at a SUPER low RPM of 890. This compressor is VERY low RPM - Only 890 pump RPM--one of the lowest RPM 15 HP compressors on the market --SUPER QUIET. This pump has rod bearing and wrist pin inserts and disk valves. Unit has solid steel connecting rods with replaceable insert bearings on crank journal and wrist pin journal– NOT aluminum throw-away.  Largest 15 HP motor on the market. This motor has a solid cast-iron frame and solid copper windings. Totally enclosed motor-dust and water proof. Great for body shops and in dusty conditions. Bare motor weight is 325 lbs. ALL cast-iron frame.  Unit has 120-gallon ASME-approved air receiver. Unit has adjustable bolt tight belt tentioner. This feature is very nice when you want to tighten your belts on the compressor. You do not have to use pry bars or 2x4's to tighten your belts. This is VERY frustrating. With this feature, you just turn the bolt under the tightener and your belts tighten very easy. Very easy to maintenance your unit. It has 3 B-Section V belt drive and a 2 groove B drive cast iron motor drive pulley. 3 belts give you a lot of belt gripage and less maintenance of replacing belts frequently.  Unloader unloads the compressor when the unit stops so when the unit restarts, it does not start under load. This inter cooler precools the air from the first stage. The LARGE oil-level sight glass gauge is nice for maintaining your oil level by just looking at the sight glass to maintain proper oil level. A 3/4" ball valve air outlet is used for turning tank air on and off. 115V electric timer automatic drain valve with strainer. This feature is nice for draining your air tank automatically. It has an adjustable timer setting from 1 minute to 45 minutes. You can adjust this timer to your desired tank drain cycle time from ½ second to 10 seconds. Unit has dual control and continuous run feature. This is a nice feature. It is hard on a 15 HP 3-phase motor starting and stopping it a lot. It is hard on your electric bill and hard on your magnetic starter contactor switch. This unit you can turn on the unloader valve and it will run continuous run. It will load and unload the compressor without the unit shutting off. When you don't need continuous run, just simply turn it off and you can run it automatic start/stop. Buyer beware...there is a lot of fraud in the market of air compressors. Things to watch out for: fast pump RPM--low RPM is better, compressor companies are giving you "starting" HP instead of "running" HP, which means NOTHING when purchasing a compressor. Also, on a 2-stage compressor, a premium motor is 1750 RPM. It has much higher starting and running torque than a 3450 RPM motor and is a much larger motor. Compressor pumps that are claiming cast iron and they are really not. When shopping take a magnet with you. If it doesn't stick, it is not cast iron. Watch out for reed valves. They are a cheap valve system. Our valves are a disk valve design which is the highest valve design on the market and has been proven in compressors for many years. Our rods have a rod-bearing insert which makes this pump 100% rebuildable and are all steel –NOT aluminum throw-away. 95% of compressors on the market have no bearing inserts. They are throw-away.
