I personally purchased this over 25 years ago in Spokane myself and have had this in storage. It works beautifully with neon working great!!! Someone had darkened the letters for KNEW and dial 790, but easy to fix.   Glass is excellent and clock is in great condition!!! KNEW started in Cour'delane, Idaho in 1946 and moved to Spokane in 1947. . This clock was in Spokane radio station office and could have been brought over from Idaho in 1947. Rare item!!!!  Pick up in The Dalles, Oregon or I can make arrangements to deliver in Bend, Pendleton and maybe even Spokane at later date.  I do not want to ship..
