I roast every day in my coffee company and flavor absolutely fresh coffee.  My flavored coffee if from FRESH GREEN BEANS, FRECH ROASTED, Aged for a day to allow the beans to degas - and then flavored. Grinding: If you would like your coffee ground, please indicate your grind preference in the "Special Instruction" of the check out process. I will gladly grind to suit your tastes. All my coffees are shipped in heat sealed bags - Roasted coffee comes in bags with one-way degassing valves allowing coffee gases to escape, but no air gets into the bag. This method costs more, but keeps the coffee fresh much longer.
