This is a new 50 liter / 13 gallon wooden barrel for aging and dispensing liquors, spirits, wine or beer, the stand, spigot, bung and your logo are all included. They are hand made from white oak. They are charred on the inside using an open fire of white oak chips. When you are aging liquors the smaller the barrel the faster the process. In a big 55 gallon barrel the liquor doesn’t have as much contact with the wood and therefore the process is much slower and less effective. Aging 5 months in a 50 liter barrel you get the same effect as aging 3 years in a 55 gallon barrel.This barrel is less without the stand, please see my other listing.
