Welcome to my auction! I hope you find my auction page clear and simple to understand! I've been an eBay seller since 2004 and even longer as a buyer. As a buyer I just hate not knowing what to expect when dealing with some eBay auctions. I want you to feel confident to bid or buy from me, since that only makes good sense. I always treat my customers the same way that I would expect to be treated myself, that is, with trust, honesty, and respect. I give clear and full disclosure in my item listing and seller policies sections. I always contact my buyers from the very start letting them know the status of their order with updates in the process. If you buy from me then you're dealing directly with me which means that you have my personal written guarantee that I will perform and follow every step that I have laid out in this auction along with all required eBay and PayPal's policies and user agreements as a seller. And at the same token, I expect it's only fair for eBay members who deal with me to follow these same rules. I've made sure that every item has been listed as accurately as possible along with any history it may have and providing clear photos. I will always respond back within a few hours to any questions you may have, so feel free to ask. Please use the "Ask seller a question" link at top if you have any questions. BUYING TIPS THAT HELPED ME If you're new to eBay, I'm sure you'll find it an exciting place of countless bargains and great deals! These are just some of my buying tips that I have used for years with great success! Always read the seller's item description in full; make sure you understand clearly what the seller is saying about the item. I've learned that the seller's description is the most important part of the auction! If you're not sure, always ask questions. It's quick and easy to do. Reputable sellers will always respond back usually within 24 hours to help answer those important questions you may have. Here are some questions I've ask sellers, "What is your return policy?", "Is the item missing any parts?", "What location will this item ship from?", "Do you offer other types of shipping?" or "Do you combine shipping and how much for each additional auction or item?". Look at each seller's feedback history closely. A majority of eBay sellers can be trusted, but there is a small percentage that can't! Don't just look at the seller's feedback percentage. Go into the seller's feedback history and read as many feedbacks from buyers as time permits; Don't worry too much about feedback from sellers. You should get a good feel on how that seller conducts business. For example, I will still purchase from some sellers that I trust even though they had a few negatives; I took (or quickly analyzed) their total feedback history and knew that its reasonable to sell that many items and get a few negatives (very small percentage) thru the course of a few months or years - look at how long the seller's been selling, the amounts sold, and their overall percentage! Always look at the seller's return policy and make sure the seller will allow returns just incase. As a buyer I have purchased from sellers who don't have (or didn't list) a return policy. As a rule of thumb, I've found that those sellers who've been selling for at least a couple of years and have a feedback score of at least 98% can be trusted. I feel they will accept returns or replacements even though it's not explicit in their listing. Make sure the seller's shipping charges are reasonable! Since eBay's selling fees are based on the percentage of the item's final sale price, some sellers hike up their shipping charges to increase their profit and avoid paying a higher fee. This happens a lot in some categories like electronics and in some instances is common practice. I would not bid on those type of auctions unless it only makes good sense. I highly recommend using PayPal. Before PayPal was purchase by eBay a few years ago, it had a reputation that favored the seller over the buyer. Ebay turned that around as a way to increase their market exposure by building on the buyer's trust and provide security in the process. As a buyer I've had nothing but GREAT experience using PayPal and feel very secure in the service. Does the seller provide shipping information. I really like sellers that say upfront that they will contact the the buyer once the auction is over. I also like it when the seller provides up-to-date shipping information. Knowing my item has shipped from the seller means a lot! Keep in mind that big eBay sellers can't always provide quick responses and they usually take a few days to ship your item. If I haven't heard from a seller after two days, then I would send a friendly email stating that payment was made on such date and if my item has been shipped or when will it be shipped. Also, there will always be a few good sellers that just take their time (for some reason) in shipping out your item. Some people (sellers) are just not in a hurry! Finally, NEVER loose your cool if something goes wrong! That will just make a bad situation worse. If all eBay buyers practiced this popular belief, "Time heals all wounds" before jumping to conclusions, then at least 80% (or some high percentage) of all eBay sellers would have nothing but 100% positive scores! What I mean by this is that a lot of negative feedback (but not all of course) are from buyers that have automatically decided (without knowing all the facts first) that the seller was unethical, non-trusting, immoral, a thief, or countless other personal judgments. So please make sure you don't jump to conclusion and leave bad feedback without first communicating with the seller first. Make sure you give the seller an opportunity to respond to your questions. Try to avoid harsh words and demands. Always keep in mind that the system is not perfect and sometimes people (buyers, sellers, shippers or others) make mistakes which is not an excuse, but most unintentional mistakes should not be deemed untrusting or unethical either. I've learned over the years that you can almost always work out any legitimate concerns if you approach it in a calm and reasonable manner. With that said, keep it nice and know your rights as a buyer on eBay. Remember that eBay is a very helpful large company and knows how to help (and protect) its members. If in the rare case something does go wrong in which the seller won't work (with you) or help, don't panic, you have protection thru eBay's "Dispute Console" and more along with PayPal's buyer rights & protection policies. They both are a powerful means to getting things resolved in an ethical and straightforward way. Just make sure you understand and follow their guidelines during your buying process. But really, it's rare that you will ever have go that far with a seller. Just about all eBay sellers want a sale to go well for both them and the buyer. Trust me, the buyer and seller both worry about the same amount of things, you're not alone in this. You know that old saying, "Patients is a Virtue". Keep that in mind if something does happen and you'll be just fine. Have a wonderful time bidding!
