As stated this tent is being sold as a used tent.  Although the white vinyl shows signs of yellowing, and there are some minor patches, the tent is in good condition.  Structurally the tent is in excellent condition.  The tent is made to be anchored with straps and ratchets rather than ropes, allowing for easy installation and superior holding power.  This tent is ready for installation!
