Thanks for shopping with us - Kris & Ed of Kimmy Koi Art       Our fish are guaranteed to arrive alive and healthy. We recommend that all fish are quarantined in a tank away from your other fish until they can distress from the shipping journey (a week to 30 days is best).  These fish are checked for health before they leave our farm and will be a great addition to your family. Goldfish and Koi need a stable of at least 7.5+.  No ammonia in their water, no nitrites, low nitrates and some aquarium salt. Please contact us before buying the fish if you do not know what all of that means. If your water conditions are not good, your new fish will be extra stressed out if not worse. Your temperature should be close to the temp in the bag and you might float them for 10 to 15 minutes to equalise. .
