THIS IS NOT A KIT! We call this type of structure a PAVILION because it has posts in the corners and a roof with shingles. This PAVILION and DECK was constructed with kiln-dried pressure treated pine lumber and stained with a semi-transparent cedar tone stain. The deck is 'posted in concrete' - not just leveled on blocks so it stays solid and level. The deck is strong enough to support a hot tub. This PAVILION features 6x6 posts and 4x6 beams. We use 5/8" B.C. grade plywood on the shingled roof, creating a beautiful ceiling. About PAVILIONS and DECKS built and installed by THE GAZEBO FACTORY. Our PAVILIONS can be attached to an existing surface, the 6x6 posts can be longer and cemented into the ground or the PAVILION can be built together with our DECK.
