Included in this auction is, all Roof, all Barn Siding, all Doors, all Hand Hewn Beams, all Floor Boards All the Antique Rock Foundation. Winning bidder will be responsible for dismantling, and removal. All contents in barn will be removed before auction ending. Winning Bidder will have 60 days from close of auction to remove everything they want. Any parts of the barn not removed by this date. Will be forfeited, and disposed of. I will be burying all  left over items, and leveling the site. Winning bidder must sign a waiver releasing owner and owners family of any and all liability, resulting accidents, injury theft of any other problem resulting in removal of barn.
