This is needed most in the blasting of granite and stone. Many customers stated they where tired of blasting outside causing a mess. Plus losing expensive media needed to blast stone and granite in a timely manor. We also have 4 hand guns that are foot controlled and thses guns are good for glass ectching and frosting. These guns are regulator controlled so you can adjust pressure during the blasting operation.  This part of the cabinet is a suction blaster but you are able to operate with a foot operation giving you more delicate control than the pressurized portion of the cabinet. Th e pressurized portion of this cabinet is for aggressive stone and rock etching to save blasting time. This cabinet has a twin vacuum system producing 580CFM. The blaster has had added extra legs to support up to 1500 LBS on the work area. The pressure pot hold 200 lbs of media and comes with a 1/8, 7/32 and a 1/4 nozzles depending on the air supply available. This cabinet has both a pressurized system and 4 suction guns. We have sold this model to customers that do both rock blasting as well as glass etching and frosting. This cabinet gives you the best of both worlds. With a set of gloves on either side of the cabinet once a piece is load for blaster there is no need to move still completed. We built this cabinet with 8 fluorescent bulb design for superior lighting. The floor construction is a 14 gauge plate of steel with hundreds of .080 holes. This floor is designed to be a built in screen for filtering over sized particals from the media during the blasting process. This prevent plug ups, only good media can return to the storage hopper. The over sized item can be swept out, not the typical chicken wire like the competition. There is not a blaster like this on the market! Our Sandblasters have the Twin vacuum dust that set beside the cabinet. Each vacuum produce 280 CFM giving you a total of 560 CFM which will make the work area very clean while blasting with even the 1/4 nozzle. This is a real genuine electric motor, not a vacuum cleaner over a barrel as seen on most other sandblast cabinets, and there are no hoses, or extra space that is needed or taken by having to have a holding chamber device.  This unit is a real eye catcher and is a one of a kind.  The vacuum unit has  built in twin air bags inside on each unit eliminating dust particles on the venting side.  At the bottom of the system there is a storage area where any and all of the solid abrasive is pulled automatically into the system and is stored.  This machine has a spring loaded cover to remove the solids once you have completed your task.  Once you have done so, simply place it back into the cabinet's abrasive hopper.   Our BADBOY Sandblasters are made using the uppermost durable paint available that will last a lifetime.  We use only Powder Coat Paint.  We take much pride in our merchandise and want it to be in the same exceptional quality years to come from now as when you first purchased it.  Our cabinets are fully assembled and tested before shipped.  The unit will be shipped in a fully enclosed shipping crate omitting any scratches &/or dents.  Appearance is extremely important to our company in addition to construction and satisfied customers.
