The side eaves have a trimmed patterned insert. The  house is a generous 17" wide, 10 1/2" deep and 10 1/2" high.   The house is hand-finished in weathered WHITE, with ANTIQUED RED TRIM and BASE, and a BLACK ROOF. The overall effect is that of a cottage out of a fairy tale. Your birds will love it! Should you want it done in different colors than pictured, I would be happy to oblige. The entire piece is carefully handcrafted by me here in Texasof aromatic ROUGH-SAWN WESTERN RED CEDAR, which is naturally decay and insect-resistant. The compartments can be easily cleaned by unscrewing the base or roof.. This would also be an attractive decorative item inside your home on a shelf or cabinet.
