Description
Late 1800’s Vintage Log Building / Cabin with hand hewn daces & wonderful dovetail corners. Very heavy wood - mostly tamarack in good shape. 18’ x 25’ x 8’ high walls – Note a larger (25' x 30') sister cabin is also available if you need more square feet. Logs are a full 6” thick & 6 – 12” high. Log bottoms are coped (carved out) to accept underneath log for incredible tight joints. At the top of walls are loft floor joists, which are huge round logs with hewn flats. The building was a barn and has very few window cut outs so you have flexibilty in your design for reuse. The relisted item now includes an initial pressure washing and Penetreat treatment along with soft sap wood removal. Building has been fully labeled and reassembled prior to shipping. Cad crawing and labeling documentation is included. The reassembled building ended up with nice hinterior height and appearance. This building is very solid. The item is includes disassembly and loading onto your trailer or freight service's trailer. Item also includes all logs, log loft joists, labeling, and cad drawing. Item does NOT include windows, doors, rafters, roofing, final pressure washing, insect treatment, design services, engineering, permits, freight, or assembly. Additional services are negotiable.
