It has R.F.I. suppression with power-failure memory, is easy to install, and the crisp white finish is perfect for many interior color schemes. This is a three-way dimmer designed to control the "line" side of electronic low-voltage transformers powering incandescent lighting loads of up to 300 watts, where the lighting is controlled from more than one location, such as a hallway, or the top and bottom of a stairway (use 3- or 4-way mechanical switches at remote locations--not included).
