Commercial grade. The 2500 is the slightly smaller version of the Eagle 5000. If you want a slightly smaller version of the Eagle 5000, and want commercial grade, this is it. Included: The unit, 3 glass plates, back mess screen, attached cord, instruction manual/paperwork, inner box, shipping bag around unit, shipping materials, and outer box. All original and new. The glass plates work great and clean up well. They are a little fragile and care needs to be taken putting them in and taking them out. If you would like a new set of more durable ceramic plates as a backup; I can include 3 Eagle 2500 matched Ecoquest ceramic plates for $30 additional. The MSRP is $899 from a dealer.
