No foundation work is considered in the pricing. Steel beams and support poles are part of the foundation and are not included. b) Floor Structure: Pressure treated 2” x 6” sill plate and foam sill gasket supplied. c) Floor Joists: I-Joist TM engineered wooden I beam joists as per design requirements. Designed to deflection tolerances of L/480, with 40-psf live load, and 10-psf dead load. d) Sub-Floor: ¾” standard tongue and groove OSB, c/w tubes of floor adhesive. e) Exterior Walls: 2” x 6”, 16” o/c framing, SPF (spruce pine fir mix) studs complete with window/door openings framed, window/door openings with 2 ply spruce 2” x 10” headers or as specified on the plans. Panels are pre-sheeted with 7/16” OSB standard. Panel sizes delivered are based on the plan and/or required size for loading.
