Your Fresh Air will be double boxed in an additional packing box and shipped to you pronto. Important note: I purchased these from a dealer who said it was brand new, never used. When I got it it was obvious that it had been out of the box as everything was there, but not really put back in the "new" positions in the box. The units showed very slight signs (a little dust) of being used. It also has several minor scratches on the top and front; not bad, but present. He either tested it for a week (dealers are instructed to "test" each unit) or he demo'd it with someone for a week. It is basically new. I tested it and looked everything over and put everything back the way they come when they are new. I only sell new units as new if they are really new. Beware when you buy units sight unseen. Not everyone will tell you the truth ... new to me means never demo'd and if run only for a few minutes to verify working order. New to others means many different things :-) If this was new I would sell it for $399. I sold two last week at $349 that were about the same as this one except for the minor scratches.
