Description
Custom One of a Kind Signature Entrance Gate system for a Housing Development or an Estate- includes over 26' of highly detailed wrought iron including: a) 2- Driveway Gates- approximately 10' high - 14'-16' wide in total b) 2- mounting columns- for use w/ above gates or with pedestrian gates c) 2 Pedestrian gates w/ mounting columns These were orginally made for a castle in Italy but were imported into the US and intended for use in an upscale housing project in the Pittsburgh area. Project changed from a central entrance to individual entrances so system is not needed. But it is breath-takingly beautiful and can be used with automatic opening devices for driveway and the pedestrian gates (electric latches can be added) . It could also be configured into 2 systems--one for driveway entrance and one for a pedestrian entrance. Replacement Cost has been estimated at $34,000. but it has been listed at less than 1/3 of that price. These were stored outside for a year- covered with a tarp, they are painted black as you see but need final (second) coating of paint .
