Money Orders, Certified and Personal Checks We accept money orders, cashier's checks, certified checks and personal checks (written in U.S. dollars and drawn on a U.S. bank.) Please note that shipping of items paid for with checks or  money orders may be held for up to 7 days after receiving your check for clearing purposes. Payment is expected to be mailed within 3 days of completing checkout. If paying by check or money order please reference the order number provided to you at the completion of our checkout process. Also, be sure to include the shipping charges and, if you are a Massachusetts resident, 5% sales tax. Prompt Payment: Checkout must be completed within 7 days of the close of auction, and all PayPal payments must be made within this time period. If payment isn't received within this time period, the order will be revoked and a Non-Paying Bidder alert will be filed.   Sales Tax: State law requires that we charge 5.0% sales tax on all orders shipped to addresses within the state of Massachusetts. Payment Terms: We require that all items be paid for within 7 days of the end of the auction. Our store professionals use first-quality materials to pack items with care and reserve the right to determine the best means and carrier for delivery.   The UPS calculator included in the auction should be considered an estimate.   Order Processing We have the capability to process and ship orders every business day, Monday through Friday.  We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or National holidays.  Auction items are shiped within 5 business days of receiving payment.  Some exceptions may apply.  Order Consolidation/Reduced Shipping for Multiple Items If you win multiple auctions listed by iSoldTreasures, we are glad to offer you combined (reduced) shipping charges. There will be no exceptions.  Customer Pickups You are welcome to pickup your order at our facility Monday through Friday between the hours of 9am and 4pm. We will process your credit card or accept cash. Orders being paid by personal check MUST be paid for 7 days in advance to allow the check to clear. Please call or e-mail us to arrange payment and coordinate your pickup. Massachusetts sales tax of 5% will be applied to all pickups. Domestic Shipping: Continental United States DHL Ground is our standard Shipping method wihin the Continental US.  DHL Ground requires 1 to 6 business days to arrive after leaving our facility and is fully trackable in route.  We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes so please be sure to provide us with a physical shipping address. For lower valued items we may use US Postal Service Priority Mail for shipments within the Continental US. For those of you in a hurry we also offer expedited shipping options including DHL Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air and 3 Day Select and DHL Standard Overnight, Priority Overnight and 2 Day. Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico US Postal Service Priority Mail is our standard shipping method to AK, HI and PR. We also offer DHL 2nd Day and Next Day Air services, if available to your zip code. USPS Priority Mail typically takes 5-14 days to arrive to you and is not trackable. Delivery confirmation is included on all USPS shipments and is included in your charge. APO/FPO Addresses and US Protectorates/Territories We ship to APO/FPO addresses via US Postal Service Priority Mail. We can ship nearly all items to you, although some restrictions do apply. Delivery time varies widely from 5-30 days although most items arrive in less than 2 weeks and delivery confirmation is not currently available. International Shipping: DHL International DHL International is our standard shipping method to all points outside of the United States. DHL International is, generally, delivered in just 2-5 business days after leaving our facility. DHL International is fully insured and is trackable online from the time that it leaves our facility until it arrives on your doorstep. USPS Priority Mail International For specific small, low value items, we do offer USPS Priority International. With estimated delivery times of 6 to 10 days and the ability to track to most  major locations, this method is a less expensive and reliable way to ship internationally. Please note: In our experience, USPS Priority International is reliable, however it is not uncommon for transit times to extend as far as 5 weeks after leaving our facility.
