The 5, 22" reels are 11 blades, 7" reels will cut from .3/8'' to 1.5" in height. This Jacobsen  reel mower is designed to handle the toughest mowing conditions. This unit is easy to operate and to service. Great Mower for Baseball, Football or Soccer Fields. This mower has years of life left in it. The engine is a Kubota  V1505 diesel engine, 4 cyl. 36 hp. engine. The unit is hydrostatic, 2 wheel drive. With power steering.  The reels are power by hydraulic motors, no belts, and raised with a hydraulic piston. you can reverse the reel direction for back lapping with a switch.  The machine has only 2307 hrs. This mower went into service in the the fall of 2001 This Jacobsen came from a up scale in south Fl golf course. They stopped mowing with the unit last week. The machine was very well maintained. The unit is in great operating condition. The machine runs great. Starts first time, no smoke or oil leaks. The hydo system works great. The reels are in great shape, with lots of life left, see pic, were recently sharpened, you can see the bed knife is almost new in the pic. This mower is very clean and tight. Was always stored inside, No Rust. The mower has beed serviced and is ready to cut grass. The unit has been cleaned and detailed. It has never been painted or clear coated. There are some scratches, faded paint. The mower has normal ware for a 2300 hr machine, There are years of life left in this unit, I have seen these machines in use with 7000 hrs. 1 drive tire will need to be replaced cost $125.00. Seat has a rip. This is a running mower, just out of service! It is not a borken down basket case, that has been out of service for months, sitting outside  and repaired with $1000.00's  of new parts and then trying to sell on ebay, representing it as a  good running mower not sprayed with clear coat!
