This building has 8' high sidewalls constructed with pre-cut wall studs spaced 16" on center and covered with primed siding. We include treated bottom plates, suitable for slab construction. The building size is 16' x 20'. Need more room, a larger 16'x24' Roanoke is available in our eBay store.A 2nd floor loft provides additional storage with ample headroom, supported with LVL (laminated beams) with 2x8 floor joist, covered with 3/4" structurwood flooring. There is a loft section at each end of the building with a 4' opening between. The loft creates the ideal platform to assemble the 2x6 trusses and erect the roof.Pre-cut 2x6 roof trusses and pre-built roof gables makes for fast and fool-proof assembly. The front gable includes a large loft door opening with pre-built loft doors. There is a generous gable overhang on the front and rear to highlight the attractive gambrel roof design. Pre-cut 1x6 white pine trim is furnished for the gable. A 6" wide side overhang adds the finishing touch. You purchase the shingles locally. We include the structurwood roof sheathing and felt paper.A large 8' wide x 7' high door opening allows for your larger equipment.
