While our shopping cart states 4-10 days, this is an average time frame and does not take into consideration issues within Customs. If you order has not delivered within 3 weeks, it is possibly being held in Customs. If your order was shipped via USPS, you will have received a Customs number via email when the order shipped. Your local customs office should have any available information regarding your package and can locate the package using the Customs ID number. You may also obtain this number by logging in to your account.
