You are viewing a hard to find. Toro Workman 3100 Hydraulic Dump Body, Scissor Lift, working lights. This TORO WORKMAN has to be the ultimate yard cart. This is Toro is almost new, only 2034 hrs. Look how clean the engine and dump body are. This cart is in Great condition. The only differance between a 3100 to a 3200 Workman is the engine. The drivetrain, rest of the cart is all the same. The engine Gas, 23 hp air cooled Kohler. Electric start.. Automotive type transaxle. Transmission is 3 speed H - shift pattern, with hi - lo range. 6 fwd, 2 rev. with a differential lock. Has power steering. Top speed is 23 mph. It has a tow hitch . The dump bed is all hydraulic. The rated payload is 2200 lbs. Overall width is 58", Length 127", 70" wheel base. All lights work. This is a clean unit with original paint. Never been painted or clear coated. Its been cleaned, serviced and detailed. Ready to go to work. The great part about the kohler engine is its simple to service, unlike the 3 cyl. water cooled mitsubsi. Vertical Platform Lift. The lift raises up to eight feet from the ground providing you with 12-14 feet of working height for tree trimming, changing light bulbs, and accessing other hard to reach areas. The only things I see wrong with this unit is some small scratches. Tears in seat. Slightly faded paint. The lift works great. This unit went into service in 1997, was owned by the county. The unit was well maintained and serviced on a regulear basis. I was told this cart was used for security at large events. Rasied the lift to watch parking lots.
