It's an Easy Hook Up as long as there was elecric already there in the cieling or you can do the wire track down the corner of the wall. They(LOWES OR HOME DEPOT) make them look pretty good anymore. I'm a handiman by trade so I know.   I bought this for a job and ended up upgrading and instead of driving 20 miles each way it just seamed easier to sell it on Ebay and save me a bunch of time(WHICH FOR ME IS $) and Gas !!!   The Light Kit Cost $110.00 and It would be easy enough for you to check.
