This burner was definately used.  There are no markings on it.  It measures 7"H X 3 1/4"W.  A great incense burner and the price is right too!!! I accept PAYPAL including credit and debit cards!! The shipping cost calculated includes $.75 for Delivery Confirmation and only $.75 for handling (which covers bubble wrap, packing materials and gas to the post office).
