It is not marked  but is likely a Japanese piece , because the workmanship is very well done. The Chinese also made Bronze Champleve pieces , but the quality of their work is generally , not very well done. This piece measures approx. , just under 5 in. tall , and about 4 1/2 in. , in diameter . There are 2 flower pedals that are open on top , to let the incense smoke out of the urn .  If you look close at one of my photos, I have a paper arrow pointing at the top flower enamel design , where some of the porcelain has come off , one leaf of the flower. Someone likely dropped the top at one time . Other than that , it’s a well made solid  piece, with no dents , cracks, or repairs. it’s a nice piece, and and unusual to find this size . The maximum shipping cost on this item to any of the 50 U.S. States is $10.50 , plus any insurance cost . Depending on how close you are to Los Angeles , the shipping cost could be less .
