With beautiful waterfall displays, diamond bins, curved end shelves and tasting table this cellar will enhance your wine experience and valuably appreciate your home, office or workplace. This beautiful cellar came out of a 12ft by 15ft room and holds approximately 5,000 bottles. It includes all cabinetry in pictures but not the wine, cooling unit or door. I believe the cabinets to be Birchwood. The color is rich and elegant and looks just like the pictures. The previous owners spent in excess of $30,000 having this built. It is modular with 30 cabinets so they could be configured in many floor plans. The cabinets were all numbered when disassembled for those who wish to install it back into a 12ft by 15ft by 8ft room with the original floorplan. I have individual pictures of each cabinet with the approximate dimensions. Though I measured each one the measurements are not guaranteed. The entire cellar is in excellent condition with the exception of a gouge out of cabinet number 10 which could be easily fixed. I have pictures of each individual cabinet including #10 and each individual cabinets measurements that I can email upon request. This magnificent cellar is in excellent condition and a once in a lifetime opportunity to appreciate the finer things life has to offer for a fraction of the cost!   The cellar is located in Sarasota, Florida. I accept no responsibility for shipping and the entire cost is the responsibility of the purchaser. However, I can help with the arrangements as needed within reason. There are a lot of people moving from Florida and it would be no problem to arrange to have a moving company pick up the cellar and include it with another load.  There are people always moving back north out of Florida. This is a very economical way of shipping the cellar.   I require a $500 deposit within 48 hours of sale which can be put on PayPal and payment in full within 2 weeks of the deposit being made or when the cellar is being picked up whichever occurs first.
