Varigated Cherry is a lighter cherry wood with streaks or varitations of lighter and dark cherry, very interesting and pretty looking wood.  This Cherry and Maple board is reversible, has an oiled finish, and very slightly rounded edges. Very nice size for all your chopping, mincing, slicing, dicing needs, or for a quick salad, sandwich or snack or an exceptional size for making a meal fit for a 'king'.
