Before we sell any vacuum on eBay, we have our service department completely go through it and give it a 20-point inspection and service, even if it does not need it (a $39.99 value FREE TO YOU). If fact this rainbow has been completly rebuilt with new bearings, seals, brushroll, and more. Rainbow vacuums are really good because of their filtration and durability. You will never have to buy bags for them and they have very powerful suction. It is not uncommon to see a 30 y ear old rainbow running fine. With so many vacuums on eBay it can be very confusing. Purchasing a vacuum that has not been properly inspected and reconditioned by a professional service department can end up being an expensive nightmare. Most vacuums on eBay are sold by “basement sellers” who have no service guarantee and are unaware of how dirty their vacuum is or that it could break at any moment. Through the years many people have emailed us saying they wished they would have bought a vacuum from us rather than trying to save a few dollars that turned into hundreds of dollars in repairs. Our company policy is if the part is worn and looks like it may go out in the future we replace it. We wash all cloth bags and clean and sanitize the vacuum as well. Years ago I used to buy vacuums on ebay from "basement sellers" get them back here and rebuild them. I found that most of these sellers bought them at yard sales and estate sales, turned them on for a few seconds and then listed them as "runs great and in great condition". I was appalled at the condition these vacuums were in and quickly quit buying them! I could not imagine being an end user and getting a vacuum like that. In conclusion I would suggest to buy a vacuum from a legitimate vacuum service center. One who offers warranites and properly inspects, tests and replaces worn parts. Features Specific to this Vacuum Very Nice Eseries vacuum that looks and runs great! As you can see from the pictures it looks hardly used at all. This is totally loaded! It comes with the crevice tool, duster tool, upholstery tool and floor tool. It also comes with the tool wands, the tool hose, the inflater tool with refrigerator accessory, the squeegee attachment with wands, 1 quart of deodorizer, and 2 smell good fragrances. If you have hardwood, pergo, tile, or vinyl floors the squeegee tool is a must. It has scrub brushes on one side and you just flip the tool over for the squeegie and it sucks the dirty solution up into your Rainbow. This will come exactly as pictured.Powerful suction motor. This is the newer model that has the trigger on the hose. The hose has a pistol grip area where you put your hand when you are vacuuming. To make the vacuum brush roll turn you just hold down the trigger. This is a great feature and is very easy to do. This makes it very easy to go from carpet to hardwood (all you have to do is let go of the switch and your brush roll stops). Its also a great safety feature and will allow you to not accidentally burn up your carpet. Will also come with two scents. This is not the kind that has the 2 speed switch. Besides the two speed motor their is not much difference except a hefty price tag. The problem with the 2 speed one is it has a very technical motor (totally different that the other rainbows) and only rainbow shops can work on them and not standard service centers (like us). You have to have special equipment to work on them or the motor will fry. So as you know Rainbow repair shops are usually about double as a service center. So when you motor needs repair years down the road you are going to have to pay a lot. Unless you really need that 2 speed switch I would go with the standard E2 Rainbow.
