I ship Fedex Ground.  Flat rate shipping is for contiguous 48 states.  Free shipping is considered flat rate and also applies for the lower 48 states only.  For Hawaii or Alaska, please contact me for a shipping quote with your zip or postal code. Tracking is provided for all shipments, except those via USPS in which case delivery confirmation is available.  If you do not receive your item within 10 days of receiving your shipment notification email, please contact me asap.  Though almost all packages arrive safe and sound, occasionally a package will  become lost or damaged in transit.  If a package is lost, there is a limited time frame that Fedex will try to locate the package.  If the item is damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt.  We suggest that you immediately open your package after it arrives.  There is a set time frame that Fedex will accept claims for lost or damaged items.  Beyond this time frame, there is nothing we can do.  If you have recently moved, please verify that your ebay/paypal address is current.  If the package is returned to me because of a wrong address, there will be two additional shipping charges - one for returning to sender and the second for reshipping the item.
